I live in a building with tremendous turn over. It seams like every other week there is a new person/family living in our building; which means new barking dogs, party throwers or what ever the case maybe. I have lived here for just over a year I signed a 2-year contract and sure hope before August 05 I will be able to find a home to purchase. I now have the 3rd set of partiers above me, 2 barking dogs in the same breezeway that poop and pee all over the place and the office staff doesn?t really care. It seams like this place attracts the 19-24 year olds who are out on their own for the first time, who don?t care about other people or other people?s things. These younger adults also think it?s cute to park in front of occupied garages, which in turn makes the working adult late for work. As stated earlier, I believe that the Newnan PD is very familiar with our complex because I know I?ve called the 3 times in less than one year.

I?ve never lived in an apartment where the answering machine picks up more than the people who work there, or had the office door locked for 3 ? 4 hours at a time on a very regular basis. I don?t know how in the world they ever rent any apartments or get work done being gone so much. AMLI has more award ceremonies and parties for their employees than any other company I ever seen in my life. Normally these are the excuses I get when the office has been closed. I guess they think the staff is more important than the tenants who pay their salaries.

If you are even anticipating a problem in your apartment for the maintenance man to come in and fix, you need to call it in about 1 week before it actually happens, or you will be up the creek with out a paddle if it is an emergency.
