I absolutely love living here! I have been at this community for about eight months and I have had nothing but great experiences! The management team is great...Sandra leased to me and still knows my name. Jennifer, the Manager is always around if you need to talk and handles issues as soon as they arise. The new girl, Janice is great. She actually called me the day before rent was due last month to remind me to pay. I would have forgotten without the phone call, so it was greatly appreciated.

If you want a nice, clean place to live, Newnan Lakes is it. The maintenance team ALWAYS comes out the same day I call them. I love it.
