I must say that I have lived at this apartment complex since it was first built. I have been extremely pleased with my experience. I was reading all of these reviews and thought that it didn't even sound like where I live. I did notice that the one common factor in all these complaints is that the people who are complaining are the ones who have gotten into trouble by the management group. I think I speak for all of us old timer residents when I say THANK YOU for keeping this complex under control. It is the one place that I have lived at in Newnan that has actually stayed as nice as it was when i moved in. So, if you are thinking about moving to Newnan and want a place to party and trash your place, this is NOT the place for you, but if you want a beautiful home with immaculate grounds, this is your place.
