We have lived her for almost a year. The managers in the clubhouse are always nice and courteous. I live here with my wife and 2 yr old son. It is family friendly and the pool is awesome during the summer. Great playground for the kids...best I've seen. First apt complex I have lived where they've had a gate and it works. It has only broken once in the last year. Decent work out room...wish it had a eliptical trainer, but it's a nice room. They have a TV in there with music fed in from a radio. The music at the pool 24 hrs a day is nice too. The sand volleyball court is nice...during the summer you can join in with everyone every Sat and Sun for a game.

The only bad things:
-fans don't work under the shelters at the pool
-walls are thin...ceilings too. I can hear my neighbor coughing up stuff in the morning
-the clubhouse is not the kind where people "hang out". I've lived in better apts where they had a tv and computer.
-some tenant's dogs are about 50 lbs too big
That's about it...I had to think for awhile for those!
