I just moved in about a month ago and am very impressed with the apartment and the staff. They are very helpful and responsive to the residents. I have lived in many different apartments throughout Atlanta, and it seems that this community truly cares about the resident concerns and satisfactions. I was very happy with the condition of the apartment at move in-my apartment and how smooth everything went. The maintenance staff is great-they even walked me through the apartment when I moved in. The office staff is very professional and quick to answer questions and assist me every time I call or stop by. Overall, I would give them a great rating-I don't plan on moving for a while!
