Well, I've only been here for a couple months, but I must say I am very satisfied with this my apartment. Whenever we have needed maintenance (stove light) or the exterminator (spiders), they have come in a timely mannor. The neighbors are nice and you don't see a lot of kids or teenagers hanging around in the parking lot. I haven't had a chance to really take advantage of some of the amenities but I see people playing on the tennis court a lot, so I guess I have to buy a couple tennis rackets and make an attempt to play tennis. The office staff has been friendly so far, especially Sandra. She is really sweet and has taken care of any issue that we've had even though, they've been minor issues. My only complaint I guess, would be my neighbors upstairs. They're very nice people, but they sound like they are bowling upstairs or doing gymnastics or something. I never thought it was humanly possible to walk that loud. I guess that comes with the territory when you get an apt. Can't wait to have my own home though. Need to save up some cash for a down payment.
