Excellent leasing staff & their Maintenance staff was AWSOME!

I relocated to GA from Florida & lived in many other places & different apartments. The apartments are very nice (I loved it) & well kept. The leasing staff is very nice especially Sandy. I almost never had an issue living there but the few times I needed Maintenance they were there that day or next day. The big bonus all the maintenace guys speak english,were friendly & I was comfortable with having them in my apt by them selves when I was not around for service! I had to move out due to my job requiring me to relocate AGAIN or I would have stayed.
The only issue I noticed & I only mention it to give a fair review was what appeared to be a handful of section 8's tenants relocating there, not enough to be uncomfortable, but more spinning wheels & pounding bass vehicles then you would care to see, I say that since I would rather see none. there was a couple of issues & the staff sent out leaflets regarding any criminal activity. Saftey is really not a big concern at Newnan Lakes for example someone called 911 for a domestic issue (argument) when I lived there & within 45 seconds (no joke) about 4 big burly Newnan Police officers showed up. Crime is not tolerated in Newnan, GA. However most of the tenants where proffessional's & for the most part people kept to themselves.

^^^^Yeah right, like people on Section 8 can afford spinning rims or have cars with loud speakers. Please STFU.

like people on Section 8 can afford spinning rims or have cars with loud speakers*****THATS HOW THE AFFORD THE SPINNING RIMS AND LOUD SPEAKER. I KNOW WHO IN MY APT'S GET SEC. 8. THEY ARE NOT RIDING AROUND IN CLUNKERS, AND THEY ARE THE ONES CAUSING THE MOST PROBLEMS HERE. I WOULD RATHER THEY NOT BE IN MY APT'S EITHER.

Is there any properties that do not allow section 8? Does this property have a of them? I can not seem to find a property of all people who meets my standards of where I want my family to live. Where I live now, it is separated. You do not have mixtures like this.
