I will never recomend this apartment to friends that are moving to Newnan. The office managers are rude and treat tenants like they are children. It seems that all they are concerned about is getting their money with no consideration of the people who live there. For me, living there for nearly two years with not one months rent being late, the final straw was AFTER I had moved out and they tried to steal $150 from me for what they called "carpet cleaning". I lived by myself, was never home, never cooked, and if I was at the apartment it was for sleep.
If you want to pay $800/month for a one bedroom run of the miil ordinary apartment then this is the place for you. If not then I would look somewhere else.
