Thin Walls-Noisy Neighbors Tiles in the shower are cracked. Flooring seems cheap. Washer is constantly breaking down. I think living here is not as cracked up as people make it seem. Nothing special about the amenities or the property. I will be moving out when my lease expires.

Renewal rates are very high! The office is quoting much cheaper rent rates to Prospective renters. They are charging renewals a much higher amount! That is backwards, it should be the other way around. They are going to have high turnover doing that.

DON'T MOVE HERE There is one maintence man on duty that fixes anything on his time. The manager is lazy can care less if your there or not. Pool is never up and working. I have had mold in my apartment for months and nothing never got done now I have to seek legal help. Lot of drug dealers live

Love it I lost my home in a divorce and really did not want to move to an apartment with 2 teenagers but to my surprise I love it here. The staf is wonderful and take care of any needs in a timely manner. They go above and beyond and for that I am greatful and love calling this home.

Insects Staff is nice. But do not live on the first floor. Insects of all sorts inhabit the first floor apartments. Roaches, centipedes, Rolli pollis, spiders. Called office and even after apartment was sprayed it was still plagued. Outside of that great apartments.

I am happy here I just moved in here a month and a half ago and so far so good. I am happy here. I feel safe and secure. I have a nice and spacious apt. for the price. The staff is very nice and accomodating. My work orders get done in a timely manner and I go out of town quite a bit.
