Love it! I just moved into my apartment a couple months ago. I love it here. The people are nice and the place is well kept. Everytime I need anything the people who work here are always friendly and propt. I love being close to shopping and the highway, its a perfect spot for me.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL The Preserve at Greison Trail was awful! I had numerous problems with mold in my apt. My bathroom floor was redone about 3 times and it was still wrong. They had to redo my carpet in my closet and the wall had mold all in it! Management took their sweet time fixing this

Great place to live. I have lived here for 2 years and have been very pleased with the apartment and management. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool/fitness center are very nice. I plan on renewing my lease and would recommend the Vinings at Newnan Lakes.

Maybe this complex USED to be trashy and bad management. But I love the management. They have been very caring and concerned about me. And offer help if I need
