cheap rent at a good value - Things are fixed on time when requested. Manager is a decent sort. Plenty of parking and lighting outside. Place was built approx in the 60's good solid construction. Weathered thru stroms without any problems. Lots of parking until visitors show up. Plus company will let you transfer from state to state transferring your lease.
