This is really a pretty decent place in my opinion, especially for the ridiculously low rent I pay.

Parking is never a problem, at least at my "one-bedroom" building. The gate is broken about 20% of the time, but only because some moron has driven into it on purpose again. The walls are thin like all apts. but most neighbors are courteous and noise hasn't been a problem. If you're looking at a unit that faces I-85, the freeway noise might be an issue. Grounds are clean- trash dropped by disrespectful tenants is picked up promptly. I love the free car wash and vaccuum. The apartment complex seems safe enough, but this area of Norcross is on a rapid decline. No bug problems or water leaks. Broken drawers and light fixtures, but no big deal. Office staff sees a high turnover rate, but they're always pretty friendly. Talk to Chely because she's the only one who stays on top of things. Easy to get in and out of the complex, and it's nice to get on 85 South after the Spaghetti Junction mess.

It's not luxury, but relative to all the horror stories I've read on here, I've had(mostly) a hassle free time here.

What has this person been smoking? Either this place as REALLY declined since or this person works in the leasing office and is trying to save the reputation of the place...bugs are a huge problem, the gates are broken 99% of the time, noise is an issue, there is always trash and gangs in the parking lots...don't let this person fool you...Arbor Mill sucks!
