That was my biggest mistake, that I ever made. I drove by this komplex,went in there to look for 1 bedroom apt. Paid apl.fee that same day I founded it. 14 days before my moving day I received a phone call from Arbor mill staff, that they apologize, but they don't have apt.for me (not the one I want it at first place).I was told, that can't give me my apl.fee back$150.00 and have to take what they have or go somewhere else without my $150.00. Next day I went there, talked to manager and she found me one.So I thought everything would be O.K. I didn't know, that was just the beginning of my worst!!! I never saw the exact apartment which I was moving into. My moving day came, I paid first month rent plus deposit, signed my lease and start moving on Saturday morning. I couldn't believe, what I saw after I opened the door. ROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE!!!! So I didn't wait, went to the leasing office to get the girl, who worked there that Saturday(it was the same girl, who gave me sign my lease , which included a page about leaving the trash outside of your door.Reason not to leave it there, thay they DON'T WANT BUGS.)It was so ironic, because they don't want bugs in their apartments, but mine was full of them.She went there with me and freaked out too. Daylight and roaches were walking on the walls, counters ..... Unfortunately it was weekend and she couldn't do anything about that.So I had to wait till Monday,because pest control is coming on Monday. Nice!!! Instead of unpacking and be done with the moving, I had to leave the apartment and spend a weekend at my friends house (I'm glad that I have friends with a big house, otherwise I would end up in the hotel). Monday I had to take day off from work, just to go there, find out what is going on and how they going to take care of that situation. Manager apologized again and promised me a apt.in different building. I wouldn't stay in the same one anyway. If I had bugs in my apt.I'was sure it wasn't the only one in that building. So I had to change my address again, transfer my electicity to the new one and wait till wednesday untill my new apt.will be ready. I had a word from the manager, she took me there also (this time I wanted to see, where I'm moving to).It looked O.K. and I didn't care, that I had to stay another 3 days at my friends house. Wednesday came, I took a day off from my work again (the same week).But anyway I was happy, that I have my apartment and all my trobles will end soon. I called a day before, to ask if my apt. is ready.The anwer was "Yes, it's ready.What a surprise!!!!!!!Apartment wasn't ready !!!! At this poing I really didn't what to do. I'm standing outside, no place to go,losing money not working, because of the moving. And I still don't have my apt. even I paid everything.I was so upset!!!!I found that Arbor Mill in August,paid my apl.fee in August and now, month and half later, I don't have place to stay and I'm on the streets. What a NIGHTMARE!!!!At this pointe even the manager offer to refund me all my money back, apologized again. Anyway , I'm glad that didn't work out for me in Arbor Mill,I wouldn't like it there anyway, after all this. So BYE, BYE Arbor mill I'm never coming back, and don't even want to drive by your komplex. NEVER.
So my advice for everyone.Please think twice if you want to live there!!!!
