I have been a current resident of Arbor Mill for 5 years now. Arbor Mill used to be owed by Lane Properties however, it was purchased by Wesley Properties and since then it has went DOWN HILL!! The Management is terrible and the corporate office is even worse. Every weekend there are gun shots on the property, the gates are ALWAYS broken, several resident in the community have had their homes broken into and to top it all off the apartments are FULL OR ROACHES. My lease is about to expire in 2 months and I have made it quite clear that I will be moving out and getting away from this place. Arbor Mill use to be a nice neighborhood however, since Wesley Management has taken this community over it has seriously went down hill....Management is constantly wondering why they are only 82% occupied....HELLO!!! The management of the community has stated several times that they are not going to do anything about the gun shots or number of break-ins on the property...according to the most recent property manager it would take someone getting physically hurt before anything will be done. Oh....and they DO NOT HAVE A COURTESY OFFICER on the property ...although they do advertise that they do..it is incorrect. BEFORE you make the mistake of moving to this community I would look into the number of FAIR HOUSING Complaints that have been filed against the property and visit the community on saturday evening after the office has closed...you will see what I am talking about.
Please do not get suckered in by the specials that they are offering....REMEMBER this, the reason that they are offering specials is because they are VERY LOW on occupancy...the reason they are low is because NOBODY WANTS TO LIVE at Arbor Mill. A community would not have to offer a special if were fully occupied...so, what does that tell you''''
