Would not even refer these Apts. to my WORST enemy!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
I have lived here since 2000 and everything seemed to okay, it then went downhill from there. From time to time, I will get a maintenance request done fairly promptly but recently it has taken one or two days to get it done. There is constantly loud music, w/bass blasting, at all hours of the night. People having their dogs unleashed which is not fair to the one that are leashed. Parking in "No Parking" zones causing residents to be blocked in. Not even my worst enemy would live here!!!
