I have lived in Ashley Lakes for 1 and a half years. We have had a TON of maitenance problems which would only be resolved when I called and yelled or had to be rude, otherwise my requests were completely ignored. When we moved in, the apartment was a MESS! The Oven, cabinets, floors and walls were gross and we had to deep clean it by ourselves. There was also two different colored carpeting in our living room which they didnt fix until we had lived here a few months and then we had to move all of our furniture around. Raising a child here is not a good thing. There are constantly teenagers and young kids running around at night by themselves in the middle of the street, hitting cars with sticks, littering all over the property and being loud. Once our rent had been raised 75 dollars in less than two years we decided to look around at other places. Not only were the other places in this price range much nicer but all the amenities you miss out in this comples is outrageous. It is the only complex Ive seen without a fitness center. The pool is gross and the "tennis courts"....well you cant have a court without a net which we were told over a year ago would be replaced soon....Overall, you would get a better apartment for your money some place else..
