I watch the news and at least 1 of the surrounding complexes are on for violent crimes every week. The manager will help anyone who is cordial and has a real need. I have seen them get rude, but only with people that are nasty towards them and the same goes for the maintenance staff. If you're not terribly bright, I would suggest not moving here b/c they don't take kindly to stupidity. Other than that, great place to live and esp. raise children in a relatively safe atmosphere.
