I've been here going on 3 years, my 1st 2 years were alright, not too many complaints.
Now its another story, I dislike where I live, and ready to move. My neighbors have no consideration for themselves, so I know they have none for the other residents living in the building. If I had the 3 months worth of rent I'd be gone.
Litter in the buildings, around the buildings, the breeds of dogs I see some shouldn't be here, loud ass neighbors who want to fight all night,bad ass kids running around leaving their mess all over the place etc...
I guess as long as you have the money you can get in, because remember they work w/ you and your credit! They need to start fingerprinting & doing thorough background checks(if they don't already).
Don't get me wrong the folks in the leasing office are cool people, but the folks they let live here make this community look bad....
