Every day there's yet another problem here. I was encouraged because a few people were arrested so I thought the danger was past, but then every night for the past week people have been lurking in the parking lot at 1 am. My downstairs neighbors are leaving cigarette butts and junk food wrappers strewn all over the place. My next-door neighbors moved out weeks ago and left a lot of junk on the walkway, and it's still there.

A couple of weeks ago I actually saw a child going to the bathroom in the parking lot, while her mother and another adult stood watching her, not even trying to stop her.

Worst of all, the neighbor's children have been setting fire to scraps of paper on the wooden stairs, right above a bed of pine needles.

I hoped maybe I didn't have to move out after all, but I am quite simply too frightened to stay here.

Alot of people have moved out since Miles Properties has taken over. I will be 1 of them as soon as my lease is up if not sooner, I can honestly say I hate it where I live. My question is why does 1 have to sit in their blue chevy caprice and play their music like their going deaf?? It sounds bad, although he thinks it sounds great, its a bunch of treble, trunk rattling mess, not bass and to have to wake up to that on a sunday morning is crazy. *** watch your cars also, I noticed yesterday my Rim has these scratches on there and I don't hit curbs when I drive, these are scratches placed from a person on my rim, and on the body of my car***I just hope I don't catch the person doing it, I really hope I don't......

I just moved in to the complex, and there has been a serious roach issue. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me that there are not other building with this issue and its just my building. They said that its from the renovations that were doing upstair, but I don't know I'm having my doubts because they are still here. I keep a very clean home but I hate bugs. We're from Brooklyn and I never had a problem like this. The occational roach but damn. I really don't hope I start to regret moving in here. I still have 11 months left to go.
