My best friend was murdered here in 1999. Google "Danielle Jennings" and "Calvin Oliver". They did not do a background check and allowed a man with a 20 year history of violent crimes including rape to have access to all the tenants homes. Ooh, my God..This is horrible. Thank you sooo! much for this information. My daughter and I are currently in the process of relocating to the GA area. My search for decent apartments in GA has been a nightmare. I think it's so funny how the pictures portrays a certain image when that's totally not the case. Thank God for reviews and ratings becaseu you have convinced me to stay away.
