Drugs! Everywere!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
They are not bringing in quality people. Most are loud, going to the bathroom in public and leaving trash everywere. Then to see the office people 'hanging' with these tenets. No wonder the complaints are ignored. It's just sad here.
