I have lived here for 4 years and have seen the area go down the drain rapidly. Maintenance is non existant, management will tell you anything that you will accept to get you out of their office, quality of neighbors is very poor. This property has had several 8 inch water main breaks in this past winter, and it took for ever to get them repaired in a timely manner. It took 6 months of living in a construction site before things were back to normal.

Loud music late into the night. Squealing tires late at night.

This area used to be a much nicer place to live but since the recession, they have compromised on the quality of tenant and have allowed any low quality resident to move in. They also use a third party billing for water, and they have never been able to get their records correct since 3 years.

This company has a lot of work to bring this property up to standards
