I have lived here for about two years. This property has serious management issues. The quality of tenants are a major problem.
It is an unsafe environment, and if you have children, please do not move here. There are reports of murders on the property, and frequent gunshots are heard throughout the night. There is also drug activity in certain areas of the property.

On top of all the others problems with feeling unsafe, the washrooms are disgusting, the trash compactor backs up to an embarrassing sight. The amenities offered are false advertising, nothing is as it appears. This property have a very bad reputation in the area. They offer a low amount as a move in special. I believe that is how many of us were taken in. I guess you get what you pay for...
