This is one of the worst places to live in all of Georgia. 1)The office staff presents a great fake you out. The appearence of the park like setting will fool you. You drive up to the always broken entry gate of the advertised gated community. 2) then you drive by overflowing trash dumpster ...there is only one for about 1500 occupants. ooow! the ambiance.3)Sitting out on your balcony you have the fresh aroma of oversized dog waste. 4)Apartment entrance doors are kicked in in broad daylight.4) Neighbors are shot in their when they open thier door.5) Pizza delivery has been stopped by shop owners because pizza delivery people have shot and killed. 6)Then there's the friday night all night parking lot gatherings. 7)Followed up by early morning tire slashings. 8) Maintenance' What's that...excuses...excuses...excuses...excuses.9) The alarm systems that are advertised in each apartment home are just a pad on the wall unable to be activated. 10) if you come in after dark"annie get your gun" you will needed due to the darkness and open vacant units with doors cracked enough to witness still more darkness and stinge of marijuana smoke. 11) There are lots of children with absolutely nothing for them to do...unless you want yours at the unsanitary swimming pools the operating one that is. 12)they offer laundry rooms with imoperable machines and trash cans full with maggots and funk. 12)I could go on...but I moved out instead!
