I must say that since my move in date I am seeing progress...
I've moved into my apartment at Chelsea Park about 7 months ago. I must admit that when I moved in things were not what they appeared to be. There were some issues with my unit that were not done upon my move in date.
- the walls weren't painted
- carpet wasn't cleaned and had these awful stains. And there were some other minor things that were wrong as well as the maintenance of the property.
Most of these problems were created due to poor management.
There was a time where I had put in a request for maintenance to come out and make some repairs...well I can say that noone had come to correct the problem within the 72 hours of my request. More like a month had go by and I had to make the same request again. (Not like it had resolved anything) But I strongly do blame it on the staff that corporate had in place at that present time. As I've stated earlier that Chelsea Park does seem to be improving. With a new management staff in place and as well as the maintenance team, things are coming along in a more professional manner. It seems that the current staff are doing what it takes to get the property up to par as well as improving the units making sure that things are working properly and in a more livable manner. "LIKE MAKING SURE THAT THE CARPETS ARE CLEANED & UNITS ARE PAINTED" before the residence move in. So I give them props for the hard work they have done so far it's gonna take some time things do not happen over nite. But it's a whole lot better than when I moved here 7 months ago. and I must say that when I had made another request for maintenance it was the next day when maintenance came to correct the problem.
