There is no courtesy officer. NEVER HAS BEEN.
There's a gate - but it doesn't work - so it's always open.
The parking is the best thing here because
they can't keep the apartments occupied.
The maintainence is atrocious. The maintainence people are great and they do their best, but they have to cannibalize other apartments to fix things because the management will not pay for new parts. Everything is falling apart here. The leasing staff is a mixed bag. Some are the best, but a few are the most insensitive people you've ever met. If I had to guess about it - this post was written by management. Nobody here says good things about this place.
