This property has had 100 different management comapnies and NONE of them have been able to reform this community. The leasing staff is lazy and none of them live on the property so they dont care! You have to report a maintenance repair 1 month b4 it happens to get timely results. The water mains are shut off almost weekly, due to old broken pipes. God forbid you need assistance after hours, get a hotel and go raise all hell in the morning! I have lived here so long because the cost of rent has allowed me to save for my house. But I hope I can close b4 I get shot by a stray bullet coming through my window. I moved to GA to get away from crime and ignorance, however, it thrives in Chelsea Park!
