My wife and I have lived here for 3 months, and it has taken that long to have several key things repaired around here. We have yet to receive any repair on our patio roof - which is falling apart and looks as if it could cave in at any minute due to the terrible water damage. The same goes for our guest bathroom. Roof leaks and heavy rains have done major damage to our ceilings, yet no one seems to care that it might fall down if you look at it wrong. Busted water valves and and faucet knobs don't bother this management staff (3 weeks and counting). Not to mention, several of our neighbors like to "supervise" their kids as they play in the street at 10 o'clock at night(!), I hear more bass than at a Jay-Z concert, and the smell of ciggarettes and weed is laughable. If it weren't for the price we are paying, we would definitely be looking elsewhere.
