I've been living here for 2 months and this is by far the WORST decision I have made. Don't get sucked in by the rent price and the local. PLEASE save yourself the frustration.

I have a 2bd/2bth and for about a month and a half I couldn't use my master bathroom toliet. I had to personally go back SERVERAL times to speak to someone in the management office. I even spoke to the Regional Manager. USELESS, she disapeared after my 1st conversation with her. There was no follow-up like I was promised. In fact it didn't light a fire under her team at all. When you move into your apartment and YOU have to clean the bathrooms and kitchen (floors and all) you know your going to have some problems. I agree completely with the other comments below, the staff is extremely lazy. They NEVER know what's going on. I spoke to someone yesterday about my apt being treated for insects and he "forgot" to put my apt on the list. This is now 2 wks after we all got notices telling us the date our apartments would be treated.

The fact that there is a gate at the enterance is laughable. I can count on one hand how many times they have actually closed those things since I've moved in. It's strictly for apperances.

I could write a book about this place and like I mentioned its only been 2 months!! Don't get me started on how the trash spills over into the street. DO NOT be tricked into anything they have to tell you in the leasing office. It's total B**SH**!!

The only reason I googled the apartment today was to try and find someone hire up I can contact about how ridiculous this management group is.

i totaly agree with you they be wanting you to renew your lease and all but do not wanna fix nothing they are such a joke about everything they are always doing a inspection and the water is always off but they want you to still pay i agree with you

thanks. I don't know how long you've live here but i wish i found all this out before i signed anything. The water thing, that was a 1st for me just recently. Nice to see the hugh gaping hole they've left there. I assume its to replace the "broken water pipe" that supposidly caused the water to be shut off. (what a nightmare this place is!)

my son live there for a year yes thats a bad place to live. he went without ac for months. i tell you what i did i call the action team with fox and they ask you question but i tell you what i had them there the next day putting in a new unit if you can get other people to go in with you i tried but i didn't live up there so it was hard for me. email me leepetro03@hotmail.com and i can talk more on what i think that you need to do but that is the worse place to live
