i moved in july of this year and so far i am totally satisfied. the few times i have had to call maintenance for small issues, they were handled by the time i got home from work. the gate has been an issue but thats only because some dumb idiots keep breaking the durn thing. the people living here are the real problem. i think they need to be "alot" more selective on whom they let live here. some folks just aint accustommed to living in a nice area. they come from the ghetto then want to try and turn this place into one. if jupiter keeps up the good work ,things might get to the 100% status.

I'm looking to move out of the near hellish spot so-called "FRIENDS" suggested was a beautiful locale. I moved from Jersey & this has been 1 regret after the next. The week of my move in my door was broken into. I've caught a peeping tom, my truck has been broken into, my young Knucklehead neighbor seemed to think 2am was a good time to blast his radio, and I've had to pull a gun on the "cable guy" who seemed to only do work 8p-12a, stealing from me to connect a friend. I do not want this again. U speak good of this place, yet I note that your review is approaching 5 months old now. How is it there now

I like living here. If I have a problem the maintance comes in a hurry. The office is great. My apartment is wonderful for the price. I just wish I was closer to the city. Also, the gate is broken sometimes.

messedupmove...i am sorry u had a bad experience but i just re-signed my lease for another yr. maybe its the building your in . i am in the front so i guess we dont get all them dilemmas since we're by the office. the only issue i still see existing is the front gate always being broken but other then that i am still happy. oh BTW i too am originally from jersey. jetellh25...i agree with you.
