Do not rent at Barrington Hills, a Jupiter Communities, LLC property.When Jupiter Communities first took over the properties they brought in an excellent turn-around staff, who were professional, courteous and very competent. Unfortunately, that team have been replaced by a series of increasingly feckless, disorganized and sloppy replacements. The current staff are the worst so far. They will outright lie to you about the rental price of a unit and misrepresent the terms of a rental agreement.

The maintenance staff speak only marginal English and are rude and poorly trained.

Gangs of children routinely roam the complex at 10:00 - 11:00 PM, the security gate seldom works, and the complex averages at least one major water outage every other month. The Norcross police have to come two - three times per week.
