The appearance will fool you. It looks like a nice neighborhood and quiet. The area I live is quite for a little while the kids were at school and the police started coming out but there issues. Management has some issues, not too bad. They always say you owe something. I paid my rent/water on time every month but every other month I get a notice on my door saying I owe something. They knew they were full of it! They sent me a notice saying I owe $1...really but couldn't explain how. Maintenance was horrible. They can't speak English and are very, very rude. How do you not speak English and still be rude...I can speak English. Any issue, they tried to make it seem like I broke/made it. Just like they didn't want to hear my voice, I didn't want to hear theirs!!!
Then the ANTS! I shared an apartment with ants and a few roaches...I'm still waiting on their half of the rent. The office always said they have sent someone to spray but that is not working. One lady told me that if I move upstairs, the ants wouldn't be a huge issue. I live upstairs ma'am, was my response...speechless. I have bought all types of sprays to kill them because they were in both bathrooms, rooms, closets, shoes, clothes, hallways, and even my bed. It was ridiculous! Even my daughter said that we had to move, she was tired of the ants. Only response I got was, "sorry, we will send someone, and sorry again." My neighbor downstairs been here for 6 years and is use to it. NOT ME! Forget that! Unless the ants are paying rent, I will not being renewing my lease! Parking and the Hispanic...don't get me started on that.
I would have renewed my lease if it wasn't for those issues.

i too had an ant issue and once i sprayed TAT ant spray on them they dissapeared! havent seen them since. i been here over 2.5 yrs and i have no complaints...but then again i live in the front area of the complex...i do hear the back side is rough cuz of all the kids...sorry. thats the fault of the parents.

I still live in this complex and I have for several years. I have had many complaints over the years, but the only thing that still irritates me is the thin windows and all the rice rocket cars that speed up and down the street with music LOUD as h3ll. I dont have maintenance or insect issues, but if I did, please believe I would be OUT of there!
