Please DO NOT MOVE HERE! And tell everyone you know. They put a letter on my door last night for a $1.00 balance and said that if its not paid by today at noon I am going to be kicked out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! It will cost me almost $1.00 to pay them $1.00 and I called them and they will NOT add it to next months rent. They are beyond ridiculous.

Besides that nonsense, the people that live above me has a leak some where so there is mold and mildew growing in my bathroom and the carpet in my hallway is always wet. I have complained about this 4 times and every time they "fix" it, its never fixed. Also I have lots of noisy and dirty neighbors who let their children run up and down the stairs and play in front of my door and I swear 30 people live in the apartment next to me. I have also complained about this and my apartment complex has turned a blind eye.

Oh, I almost forgot, the trashcan is in the most inadequate spot. On a hill and most everyone has to drive past it to get in or out of the complex so there is always plenty of traffic in the area and on the weekends, its not even compacted so there is trash overflowing onto the grounds and plenty of cats playing in it. This really takes away from the grounds.

Most of the time the phone isnt even answered during regular business hours and DONT dare call emergency maintenance or the courtesy office on the weekends because you will not get a response. Maria and Pam in the office,manger and assistant manager dont know what they are doing and neither does Bridget, the regional manager. They are totally incompetent and unorganized. I really hate going home to this place
