Mold running rampid!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
The worst experience was the mold problem. They tried to paint over it when we first moved in and I had the management make a note of it. In the 2003 it rained alot and streaks of water ran down the wall. Eventually mold started to form. It wasn't a good situation since I have allergies and I started to break out. Maintenance came out to look at it and that's all they did.

It also worried me that my neighbor liked to barbeque on his porch. The last thing I needed was a fire.

The overturn for office employment was high. I didn't even know who was the manager (or the rest of the staff) of the Alexander after awhile.
