Average Apartment BAD Surroundings

Inside it is OK. It is spacious. Looks OK not a great one. But the surrounding is very bad. Often in night time (7pm to 2am) group of people used have beer and music. Sometime people play soccer in the road. One my friends car audio set stolen recently. Management is cleaning the road every two weeks. But still it looks dirty. The roads are old and bad. It is very rough and you can feel it when you are driving.
