I have a co-worker who lives in a two bedroom who has had to make many complaints about everything from his stove to his toilet not working properly. I on the other hand only had one major complaint. The bathroom walls behind the tiles had begun to rot and sag, as in if you wanted you could pull the soap dish off the tile. They did finally send someone to fix it but considering that they usually do rinky dink repair work (at least in the past) I was pleasantly suprised. I suppose it helps to be persistent and speak to them in a way that reminds them that the damage to the apartment will make the value go down and could end up in a lawsuit... I am moving out at the end of my lease but I have to say I've not had such a horrible time as others. I would only say that I will for now on look for places with gated entry and OH the water bills. Allocated water billing at this location was a huge joke, water bills like 50-99 dollars dude! So yeah, the two things to look for are security and normal water billing.
