I have never lived in an apartment before this. We moved in 09/08 and so far so good. The renovations are adequate and the staff is friendly. The maintenance is pretty good at responding quickly and we dont have an infestation problem in our apartment. We have not been a victim of any crime and the neighbors are OK. I think it can be worse although I dont have any experience to compare.
