This complex is not for children...there are no playground amenities. Originally it was probably an adult community. Swimming pool area is nice...fitness room a few machines in disrepair. Tennis courts...disrepair. That?s it.
Grounds are kept up for the most part and landscaping is very nice...but building maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Filters are not changed unless you make a request. Carpentry work is unacceptable. Buildings take on more water than the Titanic. Repairs have taken up to three years...and still waiting
Lots of corners are cut with regards to water heaters, air condidtioners and gas pressure lines. Local power companies will not reconnect shut off gas because of the short cuts taken. Resident maintenance must make a connection since AGL will not. Large electrical power facilities make this a health risk community.
High manager and employee turnover...4 in last 3 years. Residential maintenance men seem to outlive all other staff....could that be the plague of this community''''''
