I have to begin by agreeing with the other reviews. If I had know about this website, there is no way I would've ever moved into Bristol Court. I have lived in this community for only a short period of time, and would like to leave NOW! However, there is a lease termination fee of approximately $2,500.00 that keeps me bound. During my walk through there were some changes that needed to be made, and after several months and numerous phone calls, they still need to be made. There is a big problem with pets, and I don't mean dogs, cats, birds, etc. There are roaches and ants. I have never dealt with these problems previously at other apartment complexes. You do have to pay for the gym. It is $35 just to be able to use it, and then $10/month for membership. I have never, ever paid to use work out facilities in an apartment complex and this I find ridiculous. I don't think the agents in the office are rude, I just think they don't know much about the complex in which they work. I was told when I paid the deposit that the water was to be paid on a quarterly basis. At the time of the lease signing, that quickly changed to a monthly fee which is added to your rent. If it is not included, then your rent is late, and there is a fee of not 10% or 15% like most communities, but $200.00, unheard of. The only good thing about the neighborhood are the neighbors. They are very friendly. Although, it seems safe, you really have to be aware of your surroundings, because there is barely enough light to find the anything, since it is not lit well at all. Sometimes if I have to make multiple trips to the car, I have to leave my headlights on (if there is a parking space near) to see where I am going and am able to turn on the light by the door of the apartment. Once I am able to submit my notice that I will not be renewing my lease, I will do so. You can believe I will not make the same mistake again.
