I moved here from another state not knowing what I was getting into when I moved into these apts. I saw the model apt. which they fix up to make it look good but dont be fooled the rest of the apts. are in very poor shape. Yes they have rouches and ants and even "Black Toxic Mold" growing in some of the apts. which they wont do anything about. It is just crazy, I have had some of the problems just like the other reviews and it is scarey. The floors are all slanted, the patio doors leak, dishwasher leaks, but they always tell you they got to call and outside contractor to fix it. Yea Right!!!!The property dont give a dang about you just as long as you sign on the dotted line so they can get their money...so BEWARE!!!! Dont move here...please look around!!!!
