DON'T MOVE HERE THEY HAVE A SCAM WITH THE WATER BILL

I lived in this apartment complex from 12/01-02/03 and this property is the WORSE. MANAGEMENT LIES THROUGH THEIR TEETH here are some of the reason.
1. The water is pro-rated meaning you pay the water that everyone used in the property. (when I lived this property I lived by myself and I travel a lot due to my job and this people CHARGE ME $35.00 per month for Water)
2. Apartments are over rent it. too old and floors makes too much noise.
3. If you have a dish I feel sorry for you this people would bother you every week with it. even if the dish is ok with the regulations.
4. This people DO NOT Send paperwork to the gas company in a timely manner WATCH OUT, you might think you are not going to paid gas and then receive a bill of 150.00!!!
This people provide a horrible service.
5. AND FINALLY THIS PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE TO GIVE THE DEPOSIT BACK YOU HAVE TO BE ON TOP OF THEM. in order to get it. I still haven't receive mine. I'm about to go and file a complaint with the bbc
