They change managers from month to month, they don't do what they say they will with repairs, they do a pitiful half a** job of repairs, they definitely scam you on water bills, charge some tennants and don't charge others, nothing ever works, their advertisement is full of lies, no whirlpool, the fitness center sucks, they can't keep their books, it just goes on and on - They should do a whistle blower report on them and the Better Business Bureau should get involved.
