This is by far the worst establishment I have EVER resided in. The management is HORRIBLE and a joke. I lived here for a year and was on time with rent EVERY month, never complained, pretty much left maintenance alone. When I moved out, after turning in the keys and thanking them, they slapped me with a $800 bill 2 months after moving out. The "bill" consisted of charges that were totally bogus and frivilous. They claimed that they had to replace the carpet and the blinds. Uh, yes I do believe that is what you must do after someone has lived in a particular place for a relevant amount of time. However, they tried charging me with it and accusing me of destroying it. Well, show me proof. Anyhow, about a year after moving out, I was watching local news and saw that police found a skeletonized body in the woods at that apartment complex. The DEA was there every weekend to break up the constant drug deals going on right outside your door. If they tried giving these apartments away for free, DON"T DO IT!!!!
