My kitchen had ants, the "security gates" were broken,the washer and dryer were always being used by people from other apartments and to begin with the apartment wasn't ready when it was suppposed to be after I drove 500 miles to get here. The leasing agents were not helpful with this matter either.The one agent who siad the apt. would be ready LIED to his supervisor about the date I said I would arrive. I know this because one of the maintenance men lived next door to me and tole me he saw the correct date on my lease papers.
I stayed there for 1 month then broke the lease and moved out.
