I lived in Bristol Courts for 1 year. I'm now seeking legal action. I have been exposed to black mold and my lungs are suffering so bad, I'm so scared of my future. WE AS TENANTS NEED TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING TO ANYONE. My chest constantly hurts and my cough is very serious. I have difficulty breathing now. I have had 4 collapse lungs previously. Please DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX. These people do not care about human beings. They are just concerned with getting your money. They are so friendly when you visit and later move in. After, you have signed the lease, you mean absolutely nothing to them. Lot's of hidden fees. A 3 months notice is required to move out. Don't even think about leaving early, you will only hurt your credit because the fees or totally insane to early terminate the lease. There were several murders that occurred at the property. My gas bills ran $150-$250 during winter months. I did not get to choose Atlanta Gas directly to supply my gas, because the complex is in partnership with Infinite Energy (another rip off company, the middle man between Atlanta Gas and you the customer). I had 3 carbon monixide leaks from their faulty old furnace while I was there. One incident was so serious that the fire department had to evacuate me and my family because it had a dangerous amount of carbon monixide leaking. The spiders are no joke (dangerous brown rectoose). Besides alot of other posionous insects. There are snakes (big ones). My living room was infested with termites (I had never seen a termite, this was scary, I mean thousands fo them). The majority of my rooms were infested with ants. It was terrible. While I was there, I paid rent on time and gave proper notice to move (could not wait for the lease to expire)!After the move out inspection, I was told by the complex that I would receive my full $1000 depoit (for the 3bdrm villa). Todate, I have been given the run around. They claim they lost my records of the deposit being paid. Now, I'm in the process of taking them to small claims court under this matter. EVERY BAD COMMENT ON THIS SITE IS TRUE. IF YOU HEAR OF ANYTHING NICE ON THIS SITE, BEWARE IT IS PROBALLY A MANIPULATE REP OF THEIRS. AS A WORD OF CAUTION, LIFE IS TOO PRECIOUS TO PUT YOU AND/OR YOUR FAMILY AT RISK OF HEALTH, LIFE, AND MONEY. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE.

If you were lied to from the jump then it doesn't matter what you read. Management keeps changing and the latter doesn't know what the former has done. YES THERE ARE SUPER SPIDERS and it is not worth it. NOTICE THIS ALL THE PEOPLE WHO SAID THAT THIS APARTMENT IS NICE ... are the ones that work here. GET A CLUE AND GO ELSEWHERE. Don't worry about if someone is lieing about legal action because I WILL be seeking an attorney for what they did to me and my lady. I HAVE BEEN BUSHED!!! STOP SUPPORTING YOUR CRAPPY APARTMENTS -> MOLD LADY WHO LIVES UPSTAIRS!!!
