I can kick own *ss for moving in this dump. I office staff is uneducated and unprofessional. If you have a maintenance issue, they will get around to it them the maintenance supv isn't busy drinking on the job. I pay my rent on time every month. Once I paid it to the Assistant manager and she had the audacity to say "By paying on time, you have the privilege to say another month" I gave her a stern look and she walked off to office. Its true that Brian, the property manager, has no personality and no class. There have been 3 murders in 13 months. (Damn, I didn't know I lived in Compton.) My neighbors are nice but overall this a dump. I would have came out living better under the 14th Street Bridge.
