Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
i lived there for 4 yrs and never really had a problem that wasnt handled.better than others i have lived.worse part was paying water where it isnt sub metered.not fair to ones that dont use as much as neighbors,but pays the same amount.loud music from passing cars is another major problem just a few minor problems with bugs but so do all other places.appliances were in good shape along with the other items.parking wasnt a problem.kids are going to be kids.would live there again if looking.
