I don't even know where to start. Supposed to be a gated community and the gates have never worked in the one and a half years I have been here..finally only one exit gate works...and whats the purpose of that'' The management changes constantly, just when you think you have gotten to know someone there (because you seem to have to so as not to keep on talking to the rude leasing agents) there are new faces. Ant problems, no bedroom cable connections for 1 bedrooms and extremely high water and sewer bills...for a person who lives alone, and has paid for this before the bills are outrageous. My gas has gone off four times..you end up having hot water, but no heat and they come to fix it after numerous calls, and not to mention the appliances keep breaking down. The charge you for each and everything....amenities included! yes! you have to pay to use the gym!! from $10-15 dollars a MONTH!! They claim that since they put in new equipment and a new cardio-gym they need to be able to maintain it...why build it in the first place if you can't maintain it' They have pools which they closed with a chain and during summer I had to call constantly so that they could open the pools..some children were trying to go swimming and they would open the pools late or not at all...with the rude leasing agents responding like you were disturbing them. They are so ready to charge or bill you for anything, I have put my rent checks in their overnight slots way before it is due and twice I have gotten late notices with additional charges...getting it sorted out with the managers/financial assistant is like war!! In my building alone, four people have already moved out, and two are moving out across my building this month! It is a nightmare, and totally not worth it. I wouldn't live here again for free!!
