PLEASE BELIEVE THE HYPE... This place sucks...The other day I saw a driver almost hit a lady by speeding around the corner. MANAGEMENT''... mmm mmm mmm - I am taking legal-aid action because they just tapped me out. I paid $713 a month in advance in rent for a double and THEY LOST MY MONEY ORDER... Now they ask for double rent in three days. The comments from people who have paid on time and still have issues - I can relate to also... the SPIDERS ARE THREATNING. My wife is a clean freak so I know there are no webs. But, we witnessed a spider drop from the ceiling over our pillows in our bedroom before going to bed on the first week!!! Maintenance are cool when you talk to them on a personal level. But, when I told them that my HEAT AND AC DIDN'T WORK they fixed the HEAT FIRST then we had to call the office again for the AC - which was fixed two weeks later in the summer time. Besides the mold that was improperly covered with caulking, the patio and storage doors were fixed and fell again in the same day... All i wanted was a safe place to live without any difficulties. Now I fear my life in ways that I would have been better off in the SWAT or back in Decatur. Its been two months almost three and I had to beg and force them to make a copy of my lease agreement. You should have seen how they handled the broke and overflowing trash compressor for three weeks...(only one for ALL the apartments). I have to tell yall... they put two large dumpster bins in from of the mailboxes to handle the overflow of trash for THREE WEEKS - THREE YALL!!! No one even emptied it and then it returned...IT JUST SAT THERE WITH A NOTE ON IT!!!

I notice this, the few people who gave a good report of this apartment complex either work here or deal with it... I had no ideas about the murders. Cinco de Mayo is around the corner - and I'm moving before then... I can't wait another day... I wonder now -- WHY HAVE i BEEN HAVING HEADACHES''' I'll see if my lawyer has an advice for me - my wife is calling the health department about the mold. I'm taking samples and recording it on camera. The animal control guy already left last month because there was a loose pit bull with no leash attacking passer-byers and chasing cars. (I was in the office at the time still trying to get a copy of my lease) - The apt manager asked if it was her pit bull loose - she didn't know for sure... Surprisingly she ran out the office to check.

LASTLY, THE TWO DOORS ARE STILL NOT FIXED...THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK AFTER THEY CHECKED THE WORK ORDER IN THE COMPUTER (I called the week before last). nO WONDER THERE WAS $75 MOVE IN SPECIAL!!!
