I loved my apartment they even put an accent wall in my apt, my stove didnt work when I moved in but they came on monday and fixed it. I dont know what your talking about it being dirty, its not as dirty as the community next to it, my neighbors children might jump a little but its not bad, I mean if I guess if I want a quiet apartment i should move into a house, you must be living way in the back of westchase! Everyone in the office was nice to me and still are Ernestine was nice when she moved me in and is still nice, she helped me get the apt. Im sorry about your experience but you should try and talk to them again! I would recomend it, just mayby do reserch on which one your getting kind of like getting a house!
