They require three (3!) months notice if you plan to move out. If you do not give three (3!) months notice, you will be CHARGED three (3!) months anyway! They do not care if you've been an exemplary tenant! I wish I had complained about many wrongs. I was an idiot to keep my mouth shut, but that's how I was raised. Stay tuned for the next installment, I'll report one nightmare at a time at Bristol Courts, which means I may be doing this for a long time to get it out of my system.
